Time of Day Routing

I have time of day routing working to a certain extent. i.e. phones can not dial in and out. Im trying to get to the point where it diverts to an external PSTN number for voicemail after hours and then back again in the morning.

Where on earth can I add the PSTN number to divert to rather then just getting busy tone

We have time of day routing setup on a phone with a shared DN on Line 1 and Line 2, Line 1 has the In Hours partition selected and line 2 has the out of hours partition selected, each of the DN then has a Forward All set to the appropriate number to divert to.
Set up the time period and time schedules and then apply them to the correct partition. the phone is effectively just a dummy phone forwarding to the correct numbers we want.
It works very well for us.

Thanks Nick. Have this working now with a translation pattern in seperate partition. This way I dont need the phone and the ccm can do all the routing automatically
