Hi Troops.

Info please.

We have a customer who has two types of NCOS.
One where PSTN access is available 24/7 and a second type which reduce the NCOS to internal calls only out of hours.
What would this feature be called?
It seems that DNs can have the same NCOS, but be behave differently. Is this correct? I am obviously going to have to read up on this, so would appreciate as much info as possible please.
(If you can make it simple/idiot proof, so much the better!)

Oh joy - it's Friday!

Thanks

Jimbo
