Time of day control

I was wondering if there is any way when there is a Time Zone change to change just in one place and reflect it to the rest of the vector's, avoiding changing a lot of lines in the vectors.

So If I change the daylight savings rules, the system will change the time and the time of day control in my vectors?
or just the last one?
