does anyone out there have a suggestion for a product (something other than Microsoft Project) that can be used to
1 - manage a calenda-type feature to schedule our IT technical staff duties for the future
2 - track use of our time currently
we are having issues with over allocating sys admins and technical staff for application-related projects. it is not allowing us time to work on our own projects (i.e., updates, patches, security, dm, etc.). oh, and preferably a freebie that doesn't require a lot of setup, management, etc. we would only use it in our technical group and we just need something quick and easy if that's possible.
