I have an excel spreadsheet that contains fields such as Date in, time in, date out, time out. The date format is mm/dd/yy and the time format is hh:mm:ss. There can be multiple days in between. I am looking for a formula that will calculate the amount of time for each. All that I can find are formulas that take into account the after midnight problem. I need to do this in Excel and in Crystal. I am using Crystal Reports XI and Win XP with Excel 2003. Any help or advice is appreciated. Thanks....

In Crystal, DateDiff finds differences for both dates and time.
