i have a pc running windows 7, that i am using as a voicemail server for a phone system. The phone system also uses this pc as a time server so you can see why this might be bothersome.

About once a week the time on this pc goes back exactly 1 hour.

its fairly new only about a month old

any ideas?

Probably something to with GMT/BST/DST/UTC settings.

1 - Go in Control panel->Regional Settings & fiddle/check all settings in there.

2 - Double click on your clock on the bottom task bar in the right right corner & fiddle/check all settings in there.

Hope that helps.

Thanks,

From time to time (no pun intended) Windows Updates release Daylight Saving updates. You may have missed out on one or got one that is causing problems?
