Time Issue

The time on my XP machine keeps changing. I don't mean I'm loosing minutes over a period of hours which would suggest the battery, I mean it will change months completely and change back again.

The problem is only really noticed when I sent e-mails, my sent items will say that the email was sent in december but when checking my time its up-to-date.

Any ideas?

Are the settings in Regional Languages for Date Format correct? Is it just the date that is wrong, does the time seem correct?

What E-mail client are you using?
