Time Issue when Scheduling an Outlook Meeting

When I send out a meeting request via Outlook, the attendee's receive the meeting request, but its always an hour off from my calendar. Any suggestions?

Someone probably does not have their 'puter set for daylight savings time, or the two exchange servers are set to different time zones?
