We have a ShoreTel 220T1A with Shoretel Director on Windows Server 2003 from a SME package from ShoreTel. Build 19.23.6202.0.
The time is correct on the Server and the telephone display. However, when a missed call happens the time displayed for the missed call is a couple of hours into the future. The time displayed in communicator for the missed call and a voice mail message is also off by the same amount of time.
Everything was OK until we had to change the server hardware a few weeks ago. The server was acting up so we changed it to a new machine, everything else works fine as far as we are aware.
Where would one change this?
