I have a BCM400 with about 30 phones connected...I have 1 phone that the time is slow by 30 minutes exactly...any suggestions on where the problem is...I have tried rebooting the phone and also a firmware upgrade from the BCM element manager...Thanks
If its an Ip phone then i would guess someone has altered the time adjustment for that phone only.
You will have to use the feature code to adjust timezone on this extn at the actual phone.
Its not done on the BCM but at the Handset
