Time in ActionScript / loading pics from txt file

How do I set timings in ActionScript? I want a different picture to load every 5 seconds.

I have another queston: The filenames for these pictures (there are about 100) exist in a text file. Is there a way I can load them from there, rather than type in 100 filenames?
