Calls come in to a Branch Office via a local PRI and are forwarded to CallPilot which is located on another PBX, a CS1000M -- PBXs are connected via fibre and IP trunks.

Which time does CallPilot use -- the Branch office time? the CS1000M time or CallPilot server time?

Thanks
Darlene

Message time is taken from the PBX in which the callpilot resides.

If you need to have a different time, there is a means of setting mailboxes up so that they are in different time zones, but the process escapes me right now.

Thank you MagnaRGP! I'm ok with the PBX time where CallPilot is --- we are having some call routing issues and in investigating, I found out that the Branch Office had never had its DST parameters set up and was running an hour ahead.
