Time Format & Adding Time

What format do I use to add total time? I am not looking for AM or PM I want to total up hours & minutes, this number will be over 24. Example:

32:30 - Thirty-two hours, 30 minutes
00:50 - No hours, 50 minutes
------------------------------
33:20 - Thirty-three hours, 20 minutes is the total

I am unable to find a way to do this.

Please help!
