I have a database (97) that is used by our Quality Assurance department that tracks our collection reps productivity. The QA reps have to enter the time a rep spends on a call. A rep would normally spend less than 20 minutes. My problem is I set up the field as a short time field and one recent call took 24 minutes and 32 seconds... is there a way to reflect that? If I change it to long time it gives me AM/PM, which is not applicable. These fields are also used for calculations that give the average time a rep spends on a call. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
