Hi
I created a report (with CR 9) based on a query from SQL Designer. Two of the fields are date_altered and time_altered. I just created the report which groups a bit the data but in rest it just shows the same fields from the query. When I opened the first time the report it worked fine. But if I open it next time let's say, I get 00:00:00 for the time_altered field. I tried to "Set datasource location" again. The same happens. I tried to "Verify database" still the same. Any idea why it doesn't show the correct time and instead it shows zero?

Thanks a lot for any idea

As you must realize, SQL Designer is a bad idea.

You can't get it for CR 10, and was always a bad idea.

You might try applying the serice pack:

Better yet, move away from using that tool, create Views/SP's on the dtaabase, you'll get better reusability and simplified maintenance. Plus when you upgrade to a future version of Crystal, you'll have to toss your existing reports...
