Time fied - No Seconds

I currently have a Date / time field - DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM:SS which I need to convert into a text field "HH:MM".

I have managed to covert the field to Time only & also make it a text field, however I can't get rid of the seconds off the end of the field.

My formula is :

ToText Time ({Timestamp})

This gives the text field as 'HH:MM:SS'.

How do I get rid of those seconds?

I am using v.8
