When changing from a not ready reason code to another the time of the reason code doesn't change. When an agent who's been in activity "finishing process" in 10 minutes and changes to activty "lunch break" it looks like the agent has been in activity "lunch break" for 10 minutes. I want it to be 10 minutes in activty "finishing process" and then it starts to count "lunch break
