Will the BCM 400 correct the time drift via incoming CID from the Telco C.O. like some other system I work on like the MCIS and CICS 6.1 and higher?

No. The setting Auto date and time is not on the BCM like it is on the Norstar.

Yes you can synchronize time in date thru trunk, go in "configuration","system","date and time" and select "trunk" as the "date and time source".

Oh, that will make it a lot easier.

Now there are two Configuration Menus. One of them I am having trouble getting into until I get this Java issue resolved.

Is this in the very first one?

I can not get the time to update using the NTP site.

I tried:

Yes you can synchronize time in date thru trunk, go in "configuration","system","date and time" and select "trunk" as the "date and time source".

After CONFIGURATION, SYSTEM there is no DATE and TIME. I can cchange it manually under IDENTIFICATION but there is no option for TRUNK.
