I've installed a webmail on our Linux redhat 7.1 server running Sendmail 8.11.2-14.

Whenever i send mails to yahoo and hotmail accts, the time is correct. But when i sent it to other customers email accts, the time is always 8 hrs difference.

This is singapore time and server system time is correct.

When i email out, the is 8 hrs difference at 23:14 SGT.
