Time difference in formula

Hi,
Here is what I want to do I have two cols with datetime.

open time Close time
26-aug-2002 9:10 PM 26-aug-2002 9:25 pm

I need to show a 3rd col with the diff between thse two in mins. I se datediff has only datediff() which give diff by d-days,q-quartes,m-months.
Can anybody help me doing this.
