Hi all

I have just started using notes ,. having worked with outlook for 6 years.

The main thing i miss and would like to set up is a field in my inbox view , that shows the ''time'' that mail was delivered , without having to open the mail to see the time form there.

This would go in with the subject, sender, date fields etc.

In outlook these fields could be selected in the toolbar/fields option.

Does anyone know how to get this set up in notes, any information would be greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance

If you have Domino Designer, you can modify the inbox folder to include a column for the time, but I'm pretty sure you HAVE TO HAVE the Designer.

You will certainly need the designer client to do this as you need to make a modification to the mail template.

There is a field on the "Memo" form called DeliveredDate that contains the delivered date, time and timezone. All you need to do is modify the ($Inbox) folder to contain an extra column displaying the DeliveredDate field.

Hope this helps
