Time & Date will not set!

I have an 8x24 and when the time & date is set it will not keep up. The time and date will just show what you set it for. This just happen within the week and I'm not sure about clocking issues with the Norstar. Any thoughts out there in Norstar world of how to solve this problem? Thanks always

I believe this would be something defective in the unit. Call vendor.

on some older 0x32 we had to reboot to get clock to start keeping time

ski season has started

correct, time to pull the plug on the phone system. this has corrected the problem for me in the past....

If you have an 8X24 it may be that the programming CAP/battery may be on it's way out, You may lose your programming if you pull power too long. Battery backup is a good thing for all systems.
