I work in telecommunications and some of our phone report totals display the time like this 484:52 representing total minutes and seconds. I need to find a quick way to convert this number to the equivilent hours:minutes:seconds format. I tried the CONVERT function but that only allows you to convert from one measurement form to another not multiples. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Are you using Excel, and if so is the value 484:52 entered as a string or is it time. If it a text entry you can apply the TIMEVALUE function. If the value is in A1, then use the formula =TIMEVALUE("00:"@A1), and format the cell as hh:mm:ss.

If the value is already a time, just apply the hh:mm:ss number format.
