We have three groups at the help desk and
Need to set constraint that would differentiate between the MC group and Bio and Corporate. MC group coverage is from 5:30 pm – 8:30 am and the weekend. The other two groups work between 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Bio and Corporate can identified as a Line of Business in applications they support but MC supports both Line of Business.
Sample of the query:
IIF(trim({Table_gbst_elm.TITLE}) in ["Abbott",
"Adhoc Query",
"Ancillary Equipment",
"Antibody Screening",
"ASTF",
"Audit",
"Audit Svs Report","Web: eIMO",
"Zeus Scientific"], "Bio.",
IIF(trim({Table_gbst_elm.TITLE}) in [
"ARCIMS",
"Cap One",
"CEP-HR",
"CFRS",
"P!N Web",
"SDIS COTS"], "Corp.",
IIF(trim({Table_gbst_elm.TITLE}) in [
"Administrative",
"AFESC Support",
"AS/400",
"User Access-Region",
"User Access-Tissue",
"WAN",
"Web: CrossNet",
"Web: Donation Site"] , "MC",
"Other"))
Thanks
