Time comparison using ASP

Hi there,
I wrote a program this year that allows us to to enter data through an asp form which is stored in a DB, and e-mailed to certain users. I've now been asked to send an e-mail automatically to all users who send in a request after noon Friday that their request will be attended to on Monday.

The issue that I'm having is that I'm not sure how to isolate the day of the week, and the time from the date.
