has anyone heard of a partner gaining time over a period of time.I have a customer that the time on the system moves ahead about ten minutes a mounth she can change the time when it strts to go off but this is a pain and she is looking for a perminate fix she has a release 7.0 91E has anyone one else come across this

Starting with the "J" software, the Partner ACS processor will use the time stamp sent with Caller ID records to adjust the time of day clock.
Outside of that, there really isn't anything that can be done to prevent the clock from speeding ahead.
If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
