Hi,

I have been trying to log into the Web-Based interface to adjust the time, however it will not accept any login ?

Can access system via ASA (TCP/IP) as logins work fine.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Steve.

Apparently your login is restricted, you will need to contact your maint provider or have Avaya change your login rights. Web interface is protected as this is the actual server configuration where ASA is used to configure translations.

Thanks Technician101,

Where abouts in the login permissions is Web Interface Rights ?

Regards

Steve.

Additional Information :

I use an ID with CRAFT Permissions.

Regards

Steve.
