Time Between Down and Up events too short.

Hello,
can someone tell me how can i have events IF_DOWN and IF_UP, for the same interface at the same timestamp?
i'm not using snmp traps to manage nodes but ping's, and the polling interval is 10min. Also i use two collection station and one management station.

It’s possible the device is sending traps. The IF goes down and comes back up and sends both trams when com is up.
