Time and Date on PRI won't change automatically

The time and date had to be changed manually on a MICS system with a PRI. When I used the NRU and logged on and wentto TIME & DATE it gives me an option to Check the LOCAL TIME. I did this and it loaded the correct time then I entered APPLY and it changed the time. How come the MICS seems to know the time but wont change it and where is it getting the correct time from, the C/O, the P.C., the RAD? I have the NRU running on a PC and then I use TEAM VIEWER to access the NRU. This SW version is to old for the new DST format.

The daylight savings feature on MICS only works on SW7.1, if they're not willing to upgrade then just tell them to use the F**TIME

Time is from KSU programming or Auto Caller ID (from the carrier) depending what you programmed under Feature settings.
If system is 7.0 or under then use the Auto Caller ID for time or F**TIME as ipolmans indicated.
