Time & date stamp on sent voicemail from 3300 to E mail.

Hi all,

One of my client experience this weird thing.

Date & time on sent voicemail from 3300 to email is total different & 3300 ICP time is corrert but when you recieve voicemail on outlook time & date is totally different as per my query.

Yep ok.

So do the following:

Go to Network VM Servers page under Voicemail
Click ADD

Fill in the details as necessary. Make sure the name matches the system name and the ip address matches. Check the cluster and PNI boxes if relevent (if standalone not needed). Then set the Time Zone.

That should sort you out
