Time ahead by 1 hour on workstations 1

For some reason the clock on my workstations is 1 hour ahead of the Server. If I change the time on the workstation it just reverts back.
 
The time is synched with the PDC emulator of your domain, but offset using the time zone setting on the workstation. Check that the TZ & DST settings are correct on the workstation, then check the time on the PDCe.
