There are four possible causes in percentage of possibility:-

Callout: HAND ASSY
CSE Description: ERR_AUD_CALIBRATION_FAILURE, Note: In the CAP open position the CAP mechanism blocks the calibration label. If the CAP is opened close it and then open and close the door to re-start the initialization. The camera calibration routines couldn't find a valid operating point. This may be because the calibration label is not installed, installed improperly or the camera and/or related circurity is not working.
