I am getting error "The setup routines for the Timberline Data ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 5" from Microsoft ODBC Administrator, Then a "Could not load the setup or translator library" from Driver's ConfigDSN, ConfigDriver, or ConfigTranslator failed.
We lost our PDC with no BDC to back it up. I rebuilt the domain (recreated all user accounts and re-added all workstations and servers to the "new" domain. Is this a user rights error? Has anyone heard of this before. We are connecting ODBC from an Access to a Pervasive/Betrieve database. I have already used all techniques from Microsoft.
