HI guys,
Currently I am trying to set up a monitor for our phone system in our building. This is supposed to monitor all of our ISDN channels, telling us when they are at optimised use, and most used and the people who are on the phones for long periods of time.
Now I don't know where the hell to start with this.
Has anyone else had any experience with implementing one of these solutions, regardless of product or price. Much help would be greatful.
At the moment, the major problem with the way I have set up is that I cannot get the cisco router, to output (or send) the syslog messages to the server I am running.
Any help greatly appreciated
Cheers,
Dave
