Tiger TMS voice mail box

Dear all,

Please I have a Telephony Management System TIGER TMS, with Innline 2020 for VM system.
In MD110 pbx Number series have 5 digits.

I ceated somme mail box for guests and I can't delete wainting message with administrator mail box .
The system say mail box incorrect so with 4 digit it's work

My question is: what can I do to manage a mail box from an administator mail box

I know this forum is related only to Aastra system so please help me.
