TIFF PRINTER DRIVER

Can anyone recommend to me a free software that will
install a tiff printer driver so that I can "print" to tiff format (in the same way that you can print to pdf format).

Here is a link to one excellent tiff printer driver software that I've tested...the only problem is that it costs over $100 (I saw another one for $30).
