It is not very clear of what you need.

Do you need a formula to retrieve a [blue]Commission Rate (C)[/blue] for any Revenue Sold (B) so you can calculate Commission Amt. (D) ?

[pre]
A B C D
Name Revenue Sold [blue]Commission Rate[/blue] Commission Amt.
Susie $125,206.00 [blue]2.25%[/blue] =B2 * C2
Bob $100,000.00 [blue]1.75%[/blue] =B3 * C3
Jack $985,000.00 [blue]3.00%[/blue] =B4 * C4
[/pre]
Or you do not care to display Commission Rate, you just need a formula to calculate Revenue Sold * appropriate Commission Rate and give you the result?

Or, something else...?

There is a great need for a sarcasm font.

Revenue: 125,206.00 Commission Amt:_________

Given a Revenue Sold, what is the Commission Total?
