I HAVE A 81 WITH DTI EM4 TIE TRUNKS WORKING INTO A DMS100. WHEN THE TRUNKS ARE CONFERENCED TOGATHER THEY STAY TIED UP AND DO NOT RELEASE WHEN ALL PARTIES DISCONNECT. DISCONNECT SUPERVISION FROM A TRUNK SHOULD CAUSE THEM TO DISCONNECT BUT THEY DON'T. ANY IDEAS

This is a guess but check your route in LD 21. Check to see if NEDC and FEDC are both set to ETH. These are the near and far end disconnect control. The default is set to for the originating call to control the disconnect. ETH allows either end to terminate the call.

NEAR END AND FAR END DISCONNECT ARE EHT IN ROUTE DATA BLOCK ANY OTHER IDEAS? AND THE SWITCH IS RELEASE 24.25. I HAVE LOOKED IN NORTEL SOLUTION PUBLISHER AND THE PEP SITE AND NO PATHCES OR SOLUTIONS SEEM TO BE ON THE NORTEL SITES. IT MUST BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROGRAMMING ON THE DMS 100 END?

Check with your telco to see how they have there setings I have seen them have the wrong setings to what your switch has set up and that would cause the problem

Can you get on the circuit with a T-Berd? I would confirm that you are getting the proper A-B bits from the DMS. Could be they are sending an incorrect bit pattern on the pipe.
