Running Opt 11 to Opt 81. A TIE over DTI. The following started today.

Dial the ACOD, from Opt 11, and get dead air. On both ends, Opt 11 and Opt 81 we see the channel go busy then lcko, then idle. The call tries all the channels then makes all channels busy on the opt 81. We have disabled and reenabled and the same error keeps occuring.

Other channels that do not run to the Opt 81 are working fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Other channels are having no difficulty getting through on the T1. They are mapped to another PBX via a MUX.

The LCNT is as follows
BPV -001
SLIPD -001
SLIPR -000
CRC -000
LOSFA -009
OS_BPV -000
OS_LSOFA -000
OS_YEL -001

Thanks for you quick response.

Leslie

rcnt those codes, if they stay clear, then report a network trouble, like i said that is the same response you get with a loop back plug
