Hi All,

Can Analogue TIE lines work with NICE Call Focus? Having some problems getting the CTI info from the Nortel Option 18C

no you'll need either a pri or aml interface for full intergration, their are second market voice mail that will allow that, have you seen the price list on the CP? they have really dropped
