TIe lines to BCM400

I have a channelized T-1 from an Option 61 to BCM400, when dialing 4 digit to the BCM from the 61 site I receive ring back but call never terminates on set nor does it FNA to Callpilot. I can see the port on the BCM go busy but never rings the set.

If I'm at the BCM site I can place outgoing calls over the T-1, no problem.

Any ideas??

assuming you have target lines programmed for the recd # on the BCM - is the T1 said to auto answer?

I have the trunks setup up for wink, are you saying they should also be set for auto answer

You are correct, the trunks must be set for auto answer for the BCM to receive and inc call
