I am trying to provide ANI and DNIS to a VRU from an OPtion 81C. We are currently using Line Side T1s, which NORTEL says cannot pass this information. They do think they can send it across them if we add Class Modem Cards. We have also tried to change our interface to using QPC720C cards. We have programmed them as AMI D4, which the VRU will answer. The application on the VRU does not. Does anyone use either interface to connect to a VRU?
