what do you mean by 'tidy up'?
if you're looking to beautify your code, then google for 'beautify php' - there are loads of tools.
if you're looking for something more low level - that can optimise your code and/or fix your errors then i know of no program or script that can do this but rentacoder.com will doubtless offer a good alternative.
