ticscanagent.exe Director agent issue

Hi,

We have about 18 servers running w2k3 on X series servers on each server there is a process called ticscanagent.exe there is about 10 of these processes running all the time and eating up memory allocation. Does anyone have an idea on what this does and how to stop it. Looking on a couple of sites this is to do with IBM director.
