hi

Ticket server is not configured or is not available.
kSecurityErrorTicketServerFailure (-145)

above lines are the error message i am getting today! Friday it was working fine, ticket server service is running. but when i click Test in Access Manager, Namespace Properties window, it reposnds as not available. above message i get after user logon in upfront. only thing i did was instlled ReportNet on the same server. is there any collision between them???!? I uninstalled reportnet, but problem persists. now trying to remove everything and install again :(

is this also a un-documented feature?

regards,
sudhi

3 things,

1. Is the ticketserver started?
2. did you configure the ticketserver to <machinename>:9010
3. in accessmanager do you test with this notation <machinename>:9010 ?

YES to all 3 things.

FAILed from the 3rd thing.

everything was fine, problem started when i installed reportnet on the same server.

regards,
sudhi

Unless you configured reportnet to use port 9010, there would be absolutely no collision between the two.
