Ticket Server Configuration

Hi Friends,
I have a problem that I am trying to log in to Impromptu web reports tool it is saying that Ticket Server is not configured or not available,but i installed the ticket server.
Can u guys pleaz help me how to configure the Ticket Server.

Check your configuration manager and and go to IWR area and see the Authentication server LDAP and runtime server. Make sure you have checked the Aplly (yes/No) set to Yes and then Aplly the changes.
