I've got the following setup
MSI KT3 Ultra ARU
Athlon XP 1800+
Corsair XMS 512MB DDR
PNY Verto GeForce4 Ti4600
Gateway 21" VX1110
When I turn on the computer, all i get is blocks of different colors and random stuff, I can't see any of the BIOS or anything as its loading. No text or anything is recognizable, and I badly need to use that computer. If you have ANY tips, PLEASE TELL ME. THANK YOU.

Powered down and unplugged, move the jumper that flushes the settings and then try it.
You must not have access to another video card? (that's the best way to confirm what I already feel is likely...bad video card)
Anyway, flush the BIOS, that may get you there...
Is there already an OS on the machine? Is it a new build or has it been running?

Sounds like it needs trying in another machine, just to either prove or not if it's the actual card.
At least then it can be sent back to the retailer with confidence of your diagnosis. Martin Replying helps further our knowledge, without comment leaves us wondering.
