Hope you can help.
We have a AN on site that we can't get to remotely (it's not talking over ISDN).
The log is showing Chap password problems, we've checked our end out and it appears ok. However at the far end, no one has Site manager to check, so is there a way of checking the entry via Telenet.
If we find a fault with it, can we change it via TI. It doesn't have BCC on it.
