Thumbnails & ActiveFile component

Hello there:

I am building a photo gallery and I am using the ActiveFile component to do that.
I upload the pictures and then I want to show a thumbnail of the picture, but maintaining the aspec ratio.
Is there any way to build a thumbnail using ASP or to know the picture heigth & weight in order to resize is using its properties in the <img> tag?

By the way, do you know of any web hosting where I can work with ActiveFile component and MS-Access database?
