thumbnail in xml flash

Helo!
I´m JuanMa, from Spain.

I appeal to this community because the information in Spanish in internet is very poor.

I have a problem. I need a flash template, in the XML (scroll area), add a thumbnail and the image is viewed in a viewer. NOT gallery. These are images one by one.

The site I'm doing is:

in the 2nd page (formation). I need add a picture of diplomas and certificates under each item. This should be a small tumbnail and after each click to open in the viewer.

I would appreciate any information or suggestions as I have spent many days testing all sorts of things.
